1. Overview
This privacy policy explains which personal data we process when you visit www.innoclix.de, for what purpose, on which legal basis, and which rights you have. This website deliberately does without analytics and marketing tools, cookies, embedded third-party content and social media plugins. Fonts and all other files are loaded from our own server; no connection to Google or other third parties is made when you open a page.

3. Hosting and server log files
This website is operated on a server of STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, in Germany. When you access the pages, our web server automatically processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, requested page, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, browser and operating system. This data is used solely to deliver the website and to keep it secure (defending against attacks, error analysis). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log files are rotated daily and deleted automatically after 15 days at the latest. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.
4. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” and the lock symbol in your browser address bar.
5. Cookies
This website does not set cookies and does not use comparable technologies to store information on your device. A cookie banner is therefore not required.
6. Contact forms, email and phone
If you contact us using one of our forms (demo request, contact), by email or by phone, we process your details – depending on the form, salutation, name, company, industry, position, email address, phone number, company size and your message – to handle your request and any follow-up questions. Required fields are marked in the form; all other details are voluntary. Form data is transmitted in encrypted form to our own server and forwarded from there to us by email; it is not stored on the web server. We send an automatic confirmation to the email address you provide. To protect against misuse (e.g. mass automated requests), your IP address is processed in memory for no more than one hour and is not included in the email. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our mailboxes are operated by STRATO GmbH in Germany.
7. Applications
If you apply using our application form or by email, we process your details and documents (e.g. CV and references as PDF) solely to carry out the application procedure (Section 26 BDSG, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Uploaded files are only processed to forward them to us by email and are not stored on the web server. If no employment relationship results, we delete your documents no later than six months after the procedure ends. If you have consented in the form to being added to our talent pool, we keep your documents for up to twelve months for future suitable positions (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); you can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, e.g. by email to info@innoclix.de.
8. External links and innoclix mm
Our website contains links to external services, such as our partner costeo. Data is only transferred to the respective provider once you click such a link; their privacy policy then applies. The innoclix mm portal at mm.innoclix.de is a separate application; the information provided within the portal applies to data processing there.
9. Your rights
You have the right at any time to access the data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21). Please contact the controller named above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
10. Storage period
Unless a more specific storage period is stated in this policy, your data remains with us until the purpose of processing no longer applies. Statutory retention periods (e.g. under the German Commercial Code and Fiscal Code) remain unaffected; the data is deleted once they expire.
11. Changes to this privacy policy
We update this privacy policy whenever the website or legal requirements change. The version published here applies.
